If you’re new to green smoothies, this is the one to start with. It’s my new all time favorite! Make a couple batches at once and save the leftovers in the fridge for later. Fresh green smoothies are best when consumed within 24 hours.
Serves 1 to 2
Ingredients
2 cups coconut water
1 yellow nectarine
1/2 inch ginger
1 cup spinach
1 cup lacinato kale
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 sprigs fresh mint
1 cup ice
Method
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Mix until well combined.
