This apple pie green smoothie is an amazing glass of goodness that will keep you energized for hours. The addition of tahini gives it a touch of creaminess, while the uncooked rolled oats add a bit of heartiness and extra fiber when you need a little more than blended-up berries. This is a great smoothie to drink in the morning to get a jump start on feeding your gut bugs the right stuff!
