Gutbliss is an educational platform created by integrative gastroenterologist Dr. Robynne Chutkan with the goal of democratizing access to reliable, actionable, scientifically valid and non-commercial gut health information.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on uncovering and remediating the root cause of digestive distress, which is often the result of damage to the microbiome from excessive antibiotics, acid blockers, immunosuppressive drugs, and a suboptimal diet. We’re bullish on digestive wellness education, dirt, sweat, and vegetables – not on selling you supplements!

“My goal is to help you pinpoint the root cause of your GI problems and provide you with the tools to heal your gut from the inside out – avoiding prescription medications with harmful side effects whenever possible. Better digestive health is within reach. Knowledge, like food, is powerful medicine.”
