High-Fiber Trail Mix

Trail mix makes an easy, on-the-go snack that tastes delicious and can help stabilize blood sugar in between meals. Pack up a mason jar and store it in your desk, make individual serving packets to throw in your bag, or bring it along on your next hike.




½ cup sunflower seeds

1 cup walnuts or almonds

1 cup goji berries

½ cup coconut flakes

¼ cup cacao nibs



MIX THE SUNFLOWER SEEDS, walnuts, berries, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs together in a bowl and store in an airtight container.
